Sarah is an actress and comedian based in L.A. She first began performing as a singer, having
been classically trained and then familiarized in the ways of all things Streisand-y and show tune-y.

She then received her actor training at A.C.T. in San Francisco and at California Institute of the Arts,
where she earned a B.F.A. in Acting. Sarah has been seen on stages in Los Angeles, the Northern
California Bay Area, Chicago and Europe. She has performed at the renowned Volksbuhne Theatre in
Berlin, Germany, The Audimax in Aachen, Germany, Le Consortium Art Center in France, Chicago's
Trapdoor Theatre - where she earned a Best Actress
Joseph Jefferson Award nomination - and at the
acclaimed Celebration Theatre in West Hollywood.

Sarah won the
Best Actress Award at Chicago IndieFest for her role as the fast-talking Donna in the
film,
Dreammaker and can be seen as the dry witted Karen in the cult comedy Courting Courtney along
with Dana Gould, Julia Sweeney and Kathy Griffin. Lately, you can watch her in the largely
improvised mockumentary
Change Your Life! where she gets funny and frisky with Ugly Betty's Tony
Plana and catch her on
In Gayle We Trust, the new NBC web series by Brent Forrestor (The Office).

As a stand up comic, Sarah can be seen all over, including
The Comedy Store, The Improv, The Ice
House, The Laugh Factory
and many other venues that serve fried food and charge a two drink
minimum. Audiences enjoy Sarah's energetic, playful style whether she's recounting the joys of her sex
life, talking back to the voice inside her head, wondering if she's becoming a cougar or assessing the
merits of being a "glass half full" type of person in a "glass half empty" type of world.

Sarah's a proud
Irene Ryan Acting Award winner, does a darned good Ethel Merman impression and
can do a crying baby that will completely freak you out. See where all that voice training comes in
handy?
